Trying To Fit Yoga in For Friday Oct 12

Morning Ladies -

This morning I did Day 1 of the M&F Time to Burn Fat rotation. I won't post it since I posted it the other day. I hope my shoulders are okay. I really hit the heavy bag hard. For the cardio segments I did high knee jogging on the Rebounder with Football Runs, ran up and down the step and did Speed Skaters. Great for frustration! Tunes were Puddle of Mudd's new CD and Three Days Grace - One X. Workout was 77 minutes and I burned 552 calories. I also did Yoga to Go - Back to Health with Nancy Wilde - Upper Back and Shoulders 20" and Soothe and Release 20".

Yve - sorry your allergies are acting up so badly. This is a bad time of year for me also. Take care of yourself.

Good morning everyone. Sorry I was MIA y-day. Just busy again & still feeling a bit blah. Yesterday morning, I did Reebok Step Intense Moves with Gin Miller & really enjoyed it. The last time I did that one, I thought I was going to die but this time it seemed almost easy. I guess I can thank Cathe for that! This morning I did Kelly Coffey's Shape of Things to Come. I really enjoy doing that one too. Still no yoga but my body (& mind) really needs it so I think I'm just going to have to figure out a way to carve out some time over the weekend. My DH will be gone to some meetings next week so I will definitely do some then. I'm also planning to place some orders for DVDs & equipment while I have access to the computer too. I hope I get my new equipment in time for the arrival of Cathe's new ones.

I'm going to lunch at one of my favorite Italian places with my department today. I haven't been there in a long time so I don't expect to eat clean. I'll probably have eggplant parmesan - one of my faves - so I'm looking forward to it. Well, I guess I better got for now.
