Oh my!! Congrats to both of you!!!! It is so hard, and yet you both kept chugging along!! I'm impressed and speechless at your transformations!!!!

This should be a wake up call to all of the women out there(including me) that starving is certainly not the answer!! The answer is proper nutrition and a lot of hard work!
