True blasts from the past

I purchased new A/V equipment recently and said good riddance to the old VCR.

I have oodles of VCR workout tapes -- many Cathe, but others as well.

Funny, but I was tiring of the hundreds of more recent DVDs I own and just did many of these old routines before I ditched the VCR. Some of the get up and makeup gave me the giggles, but the workouts still "worked".

I am hopeful that most of you have moved on from obsolete equipment too, but just in case there is someone out there that still has a VCR or the ability to convert VCR tapes to today's delivery systems, please respond and I'll create a list and figure out how to get them out of my basement into yours.

P.S. Leaving for vacation, so it may be a week before I check back in.

Ah, VCR tapes :) I have been downsizing and couldn't find anyone to take these tapes until I contacted the main branch of my library. They were happy to take them off my hands. I had original Firms and felt sad saying good-bye, but it was time!

Good to know. I have many, did I say many, tapes? Several Cathe, since I have been working out with Cathe since late 80's, early 90's. I have replaced them all with DVDs. Time to get rid of them. I Still have an old VCR. Probably time to get rid of that, as well.
