I just got this barbell. It was recommended here on the board. Cathe uses this time as well. One of the end clips does not fit the bar so I called the company and they will be sending the replacement right away
One thing that is really bothering me is the smell of rubber on the plates and the bar. It's impossible. I keep in my bedroom. Please tell me it will go away, or do I need to keep it outside
Also, I am using the pace weights with it, they stick but not as securely as with my older barbell metal plates. Do you use the pace weights with it? I am really so looking forward to using this new barbell, as the one I was using had the srew cap at the end and it took forever the change the weights.
