Trouble streaming

3rd and hopefully final update:
I just remembered I have a content blocker installed on safari. I turned it off, and Now the videos load. it is crystal content blocker which blocks ads, but sometimes messes up shopping sites too. Just glad I figured it out.

2nd update:
The same thing is happening. I can click on a video but it only shows a screenshot of the workout with no play button.

Update:
Evidently, signing out and in again loaded the video.


I am curious if anyone else is having trouble streaming today? I just have a screenshot with nomplay button.
My network is strong and everything else is loading quickly.

I just saw this today, but I was very frustrated this week because my on demand had buffering issues, but switching from Chrome to Safari made a HUGE difference. It's so frustrating when it doesn't load properly because there is so much great content!!!

I am glad it helped. It is frustrating when one thing works and then stops.
