I have workout 6-7 times a week for over 15 years. Coming up in March we will be making a trip to La Jolla to take my son to his soccer tournaments. That means I will have to miss working out for at least two days. I wan't to know what I could do prior to the week of the trip so I wont feel to stress out because I didn't get my workout in. I workout from home so going to the hotel gym is not an option for me. I was thinking I just eat super clean all week to prepare myself for not working out. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
