Hello,

I have workout 6-7 times a week for over 15 years. Coming up in March we will be making a trip to La Jolla to take my son to his soccer tournaments. That means I will have to miss working out for at least two days. I wan't to know what I could do prior to the week of the trip so I wont feel to stress out because I didn't get my workout in. I workout from home so going to the hotel gym is not an option for me. I was thinking I just eat super clean all week to prepare myself for not working out. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
 
Enjoy the break. It sounds like your body needs it if you're stressing out over missing just two days.
 
Two days?? What are you kidding me??:eek: Enjoy your little "break" already, have fun in the sun!:)
