Hi all
Whilst doing GSC&T coming towards the end of the triceps portion I can no longer feel ANYTHING. It's like the muscle has desensitised completely. Is this normal? Should I stop at this point or will I still be benefitting from carrying on?
I've always been a cardio person rather than a weight trainer though my regular routine over the years has included endurance type whole body (Cathe) workouts. GSC&T is quite a step up for me. My upper body is pretty weak really and I'm not sure if it's just a case of getting used to the extra load or I've pushed myself too far? My DH and I have both noticed that my triceps are looking pretty good though so I'm a little confused...I'm getting the results (which I've never seen before) but the muscle area is numbing out towards the end of the workout. Is this where I should stop until I get stronger?
I'm not sure if this is "normal". I'm more used to endurance rather than strength training.
Thanks for any advice!
Coco
