This week I started easing back into my routine at home (I might get to the gym next week but I'm still not ready). Realizing I now have enough weights (thanks Dad!
) to do my arm routine, I did shoulders & tris in the basement.
So, while I'm reasonably certain someone has thought of this already, I figured I'd post in the unlikely event no one has. Part of my tri routine includes pulldowns on the cable machine at the gym. So I looped my green & purple bands over my pullup bar. Presto! Instant one armed tri pulldown.
I think it'll work for tricep pushdowns too, but I'm hoping I never find out.
