i have a quick question re: one of the tricep exercises you perform in the ctx series (10-10-10). sorry, i forget what they're called
....i did check the form pointers section on the site, but unfortunately, it wasn't listed.
it's the one where you're working one arm at a time, and bracing your elbow/tricep area with the opposite arm. the arm bends at the elbow going kinda behind your head...
my question is: is the weight suppose to go 'straight down' from the elbow (which prob wouldn't seem to go behind the head) ..or is it suppose to 'angle' kind of behind your head? i noticed on the video (maybe b/c you and the other gals are using bigger/heavier weights
) but it kind of looks like the weights are kind of grazing behind the head...vs. going straight down from the elbow...yikes! does that make any sense?
