Treadmill Workout

Can anybody recommend a good treadmill workout? I have been treading for about 30 mins. at about 5mph (a fast walk pace) with various inclines up to about 6%. I'm interested in interval training and really want to work my hamstrings. I don't have much bodyfat to lose, but I do want to make cardiovascular gains.
 
My Interval Workout

What I do is jog at a comfortable pace for 5-7 minutes then increase the speed to as fast as I can comfortably handle where I know my heart rate will raise for about 2 minutes. I repeat this procedure for 40 minutes.
