I found this in one of my sisters magazines. I burned 300+ calories you can do it 2X to burn 600 calories.
Warm Up - 3 min.- (speed) 3.5
slow jog- 7 min.- 5-5.5
interval 1- 1 min.- 7-8
recovery- 2 min.- 4-5
interval 2- 1 min.- 7-8
recovery 2- 2 min.- 4-5
interval 3- 1 min.- 7-8
recovery 3- 2 min.-4-5
interval 4- 1 min.- 7-8
recovery 4- 2 min.-4-5
interval 5- 1 min.-7-8
recovery 5- 2 min.-4-5
cool down- 5 min.-3-3.5
1 did it one time because I am not a treadmill althelete, however, i followed it up with another workout i got from oxygen magazine
"Kristia Knowles Express Lean-out Circuit".
Repeat each move for 15 reps and do the entire circuit 3x's
one arm dumbell row
one minute cardio interval: jumping jacks
push up (on knees if a real one is tough)
one minute cardio interval: jog in place
dumbell biceps curl with shoulder press
one minutes cardio interval: jump rope
triceps dip off bench keep feet out in front of you
one minute cardio interval: quick lateral side step
dumbell squat (as low as you can heels on floor spine straight)
one minute cardio interval: your choice
2 more times
I figured maybe someone else might like this workout. I have another treadmill w/o with incline I'll post it later I am trying to find a workout to follow.
