I was hoping you could help me develop a walking program for my treadmill. I have fibromyalgia and the running programs are too harsh on my body,but am finding it quite boring to just "walk" for 40 minutes. I have looked for this type of workout in various places, but cannot seem to find one geared towards walkers. I want to ensure that I am still getting a quality workout, even though the intensity is much lower.
My husband and I workout to your dvd's at least three times per week as well. We love them! Thanks!
