I have a treadmill it is probally 6 years old but in great shape. I am thinking I want an elliptical. They have them on sale at sears. I tried out the nordic track ctx925, on sale at sears for 589.00.

I like my treadmill, but I have heard you just as good of a work out on the elliptical. For those of you that have both which do you like better, I think for my early mornings several days a week I would like to work out on one for my cardio , but would like suggestions also. Do you feel one gives you a better work out than the other?. I know the elliptical is easy on the knees, joints, ect. Or I could just start up my power walking again even if I do walk in the dark, I have my mag light and mace. Morning exercise time is the only time that works for me. I have to many other responsabilities in the evenings now, besides working 8-to 5:30 every day of the week, and a lot later on Fridays. WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSES THANKS

Thank you so much.

Debbie

I would love any feedback from all of you, and thank you in advance.
:) :) :) :) :) :D :) :7

I have a treadmill and an eliptical, ( as well as an older Nordic trac). Out of the 3 I prefer the treadmill, I can's say why, but for some reason, it is less boring to me than the eliptical. You get a really good workout on the eliptical, but I can't stay on it for more than 20 minutes. ( As for the Nordic trac, the worst thing we ever bought, We are cleaning out our basement and DH wants to put it on the curb!)

Thank you for your honest response. I tried it out yesterday and loved it, I have good reviews as well. sorry you don't like yours. I hope to get some good reviews as well, I hope you have a great weekend and thank you very much.

:) I guess I could look at other brands as well.

When my husband says go get it I'm there!!, LOL. I have to think about this one a bit.

Debbie:)
