I was so happy when I saw that Travel Fit was the discount download of the week, and immediately bought it. I did the workout yesterday, and it went way beyond my expectations! I'd thought it would be a really nice workout for those times I was on vacation and couldn't drag any equipment with me, but I have to say that this is def a workout I will use time and again regularly - at home! Today, the back of my arms are tight tight tight and I can totally feel it in my butt muscles. I would highly recommend that any of you who don't own this, buy it this week, while it's still on sale. Cathe, this is a winner!!

I'll get Travel Fit and HIIT on DVD as my next purchase because they look fun based off the clips and it's nice not to have to pull out alot of equipment sometimes.

Travel Fit: "Lovin' It"
I love Travel Fit, too! It's great on vacation and any time I'm needing a good toning workout but don't want the weights. I always feel so good after I do this DVD!!! I use the push-up and ab sections as add ons after doing HiiT workouts, too. I bought the new bands to use with this workout and love them as well! I use the green one for just about everything except the overhead triceps presses...have to go down to the pink one for those! I am looking forward to more band exercises from Cathe; she really knows how to get the most out of the equipment!
