The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center offers transportation service from George Bush Intercontinental Airport, on a scheduled basis from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, at a cost of $32.00 per person, each way. Reservations must be made a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance for both arrivals and departures. We will provide further information once we have the hotel reservations set up.

Yes the Group rate is good for three days before the event and three days after. We will post details on how and when you can call to get the group rate in a few more days.
