This week let's fill ourselves with positive attitude, no matter what!:)

My exercise this week is going to be supersets and will consist of the Pyramids, Interval training, aerobics, BTR, and rebounding.

Today is PUB, BTR, and G-force.

Thanks for starting the post this week Bita. Attitude is everything that's for sure and it's better to have a positive one. I'm really trying to focus on my eating(or not eating describes it a bit better) this week. I'm watching portion sizes and my snacking habit mostly. I was inspired by the stories on yesterday's Oprah. If those folks could lose 100 - 500 lbs. surely I can do something about the 8 or so I'd like to get rid of. I started the week off with All Step, played tennis yesterday and did SS Tear It Up today. Whew! 78 minutes is a long tape. I'll feel it in my hamstrings tomorrow. Tomorrow will be another Cathe day - something cardio. Hope everyone is well.

Hi Bita and Gloria. Great! topic Bita! Something I've been working on for quite some time now.

I've done TT2 and TAM so far this week. Hoping!!!! that my SS comes today as I'm 'bout to have a fit to do them.

Hi to Bita, Robyn, Gloria, Juli, Otisan, Firmscorpio. I had a nice sweaty time this AM with Firm's Super Sculpting. LOVE that tape. I'm so HAPPY when Dale starts her part 'cause I know then it's almost over. I really HEAVIED up and I feel it today. Happy to see our "core" group still together. You girls are what keeps me motivated to JUST DO IT! Can't come here and share if I stay in bed!!LOL. "See" ya tomorrow!...Janice
 
Hi girls,

Just got some good news. My DS will be marching with the college band this fall. I'm so excited for him. That means he has to be there a week earlier than we expected though. Sheesh! I only have two more weeks to get him ready and myself prepared.

I did PS CST today. I needed a quick tape and that one at 37 or so minutes was perfect. Talk to you tomorrow!

IT'S OFFICAL!!! I BOUGHT MY FIRST HARLEY!!!I'm so excited.Maybe this will get me out of this horrible rut.I just keep falling in the black hole.It's been so hot&i've been so lazy.This Monday my dad&I are joining ww.I have to do something.I made a goal for myself.If i eat my veggies daily and do my(5) morning workouts for the next five weeks(no excuses)I'm going to get my belly button pierced.I don't need any more clothes,have plenty of videos,and definitely don't need food as a reward.So,wish me luck.You ladies are such a great inspiration.This weekend i'm going to Mt.Washington with my friend for a hike.It will be fun.


Need to get back on track.I'm forcing myself to get out of the house after work.Have a great day.

I did the old Firm's Tough Aerobic Mix this AM and thought I'd just melt away in sweat!! WHEW!

Guess what I did this morning???? NO! not that!LOL. I ordered the rebounder and Tracie's new tape that comes with it. I'm so EXCITED!! That's what my DH gave me for my birthday(Next month) I tried it in Hilton Head and fell in love with rebounding. Tracie is the best!! teacher for it too. You can tell she loves it as much as I do. Can't wait to get it!!!

FS, congratulations on your new harley! Ready for Sturgis yet?

Bita, how is rebounding on the joints? I am very interested in starting, now I just need a bigger exercise room, with 10-foot ceilings :)

Gloria, how do you like the slim series? That's another workout I'm interested in trying. Does it have any cardio in it, or is that a separate workout? Congratulations on your DS's position in the marching band. I'll be on the lookout!

Janice, looks like you're getting into the rebounding too, now I really have to get started. Once this wedding business is done I'm treating myself to a lot of workout gear!

Robyn, I'm glad that you are enjoying the challenge that is your job. All that new stuff and still working out, that's commendible. When do you do your workouts? Morning or evening? I'm trying to get into a morning routine, but it's tough!

My week with the hour cardio & PS series has been good so far. My week has been like this:
Saturday- PS legs & abs
Sunday- PS chest & Rhythmic step
Monday- PS back & the wedding tape (cardio & abs)
Tuesday- PS shoulders & IMAX
Wednesday- rest day because I donated blood.
Today- PS biceps & triceps & MIC.
Then I start it all over again.

My second attempt to post today. I don't know why it wouldn't go through. I did SS FIU today. Lots and lots of squats in this one. No lunges though I'm happy to say. Otisan, I don't consider the SS cardio, although my hr gets up a little during some of the exercises. It's an easier wo than Cathe imo. I'm rotating them in for variety more than anything else.

Congrats on the Harley Firmscorpio! I hope WW will be the way of eating for you. It sure seems to work for lots of people.

Gotta get back to clearing my bedroom clutter. Talk to y'all tomorrow.

Hi to the Tranformer Core!

Congrats to FS and Gloria! Great news for both of you.

It has been so hectic at work that I've been really bad about posting. I've still be active, but only doing tapes for 2 of my 4 weekly workouts. The rest of the time I walk around Sharon Woods. It has been so beautiful this month, it's hard for me to stay inside to exercise. Also playing golf about once a week. Working on "transforming" my game. Needs it!!!!!

Peaches is very sloooowly getting better. She's a bit more active and her nose is pink again. Her ears are still yellow, though and her appetite is a little puny.

Working on going back to my former eating habits. Lots of fruits and veggies. Lately, I've had LOTS of luncheon appointments with clients and we all know what THAT can do to the ole waistline.

Otisan, rebounding is very very easy on joints. That's in fact one of the positives of the rebounder.

Juli, glad Peaches is getting better.

I just struggled through RS. Don't know why I just didn't have much energy today and I usually do with this tape. I think I've got a touch of sinus trouble, my ear keeps popping. I'll blame it on that anyway.

Juli, I hope Peaches continues to improve.

Bita, you amaze me with your workouts. You must have an overabundance of energy.

Robyn, enjoy your weekend girl! Sounds like you need some me time.

Hi Girls --

Thanks so much for your kind words for Peaches. I'm so ecstatic that she is getting better, albeit slowly. She's 14 or 15, so she's no spring chicken. She's part of my family and I'd really hate to lose her.

I'm on vacation today and got up and did Yoga this a.m. The Forward Stretches. It's invigorating. This afternoon my DH and I have a 2:30 tee time for 9 holes. The weather has been just beautiful for the last two weeks and I'm enjoying every minute of it.

Janice, I saw Savannah on the Weather Channel- positively horrible. I hope you are safe and dry. Let us know how you are!

Last night I got scared looking at the previews of MIC, so I did the cardio & circuit section on Body Max. I used to really hate that tape, it was SOO HARD! After having a few Cathe's under my belt, I'm happy to say it was a breeze. Every section that used to make me wince, I now love (like the lunges and "swim section"). Yay, me!

Since I did my legs with the circuit last night, today I'm going to do Rhythmic Step & PS chest instead of PS legs. I'll hit that tape tomorrow.

Hi girlfriends, Otisan-Thanks for worrying. We did have a mess yesterday due to 6 inches of rain in 2 hours. I'm fine tho.

Did Vol#6 this AM. I've always loved that workout.

Otisan-Oct 18(That is right isn't it??) is getting closer. Getting nervous?

Hello, hello!

Just finished SS Shape It Up. There's a feature on this where you can turn off the music. I listened to one of DH's cds instead titled appropriately Tom's Funky Music. Made the wo more interesting today. 6 wo's this week plus a tennis clinic so I feel pretty good. Off to see Seabiscuit this afternoon. Have a nice weekend all.
