I am on CTX and bodybar week this week. I still do BTR and rebounding every day. [Totally am addicted to my rebounder (the only thing that hasn't indicated a sign of over work)!!] I just notice in order to prevent injury, since I workout everyday, I have to keep changing my rotations. Next week I am doing all Cathe's Max workouts. It should be fun. Then I will do something easier.
