This week's topic is:
LETTING GO:
We let the past weigh us down.Especially,the things that we didn't do.The negativity that we carry around.The emotions and feelings of failure we let constantly interfear with our positive thoughts.We spend to much time on the things we didn't dr the things we "should" have done.Time to let go of those feelings from the past.We need to move on with postive attitudes,thoughts,emotions and feelings.We focus so much on our eating habits&workouts.We get down on ourselves when we don't eat clean or miss a workout.
We're only human.We have to let go of those feelings.Go with the flow.It's time we think about all the postive changes we made in our eating habits&workouts.How much stronger&healthier we are and have become over the years.Time to give ourselves a pat on the back and say"I'M PROUD OF YOU".We need to be our own best friends.
On that note.I'm starting this week off with MBS.Starting with the Firms&Fitprime for the next couple of weeks.Until i get myself back into my morning workout routine.Need to do shorter workouts.I'm giving myself 5 Weeks to reach my goals.I only have a couple and they are the important ones to get me back on track.
