Transferring Music From IPod

Hey there! It's been years since I've posted on here (still a daily reader, though!)...Am in a bit of a dilemma...How do you transfer music from your IPod BACK to your computer?? Songs that have been purchased are kept on file with I Tunes, but the others? We have 4 IPods and are trying to consolidate to only one computer without having to re-burn (is that a word?) cd's...Any help would be appreciated!
