Hi Cathe and all,
Okay, I've been working out forever but have never reached an elite or really fit level. I would like help in knowing how to and when to use your videos to help me get to the level I want...really fit. I have about 7 of your extreme/hardcore series.
I only really want to lift 3 days and do cardio 6.
Any advice for me is welcome.
I'm 39, 155lbs, 22% bodyfat. Usually run three or four days a week with long runs one of those days being 6.5 miles. Weight train at a moderate level 2 days at best.
Thanks!

Not Cathe but I thought I would share my personal experience with you. I was exercising 6 days a week at medium/high intensity but not really watching what I ate or the balance of what I ate and I was 45 lbs. overweight. I started writing down everything I ate and upped the intensity of my workouts and presto I started losing weight. My Oxygen magazine says your physique is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise and I would say that is 100% true. I started eating more protein and veggies and less sugar and salt and I feel great along with being 40 lbs. thinner. I eat about my weight in protein everyday but keep in enough green foods to digest all the protein. My body fat is about 17% and I know I could get it lower if I cut out all sugar, but that doesn't sound fun:) Try FitnessFreak366 January generic Rotation, it looks like a lot of fun and I'm doing it now so we'll see next month!

Hope that helps,
