<---got a call from DM, and it was so nice... it's absolutely pouring here, and she went over to <---'s house and let the doggie inside! Now <---'s poor doggie won't get all wet and soggy today, which makes <--- very happy.

<-- has civ pro tomorrow night, <-- hasn't gone to class for at least 1.5 months, and <-- isn't stressed out about it at all...

<-- expects the exam will be 23 questions (okay, that is an expectation based on what he SAID it would be) and that's HALF what the winter one was... and the winter one took <-- two hours, so this one just isn't stressing <-- out that much

<-- never gets a post-exam nap; those sound delightful!!!! <-- has always had exams 6-9 at night, like classes :-(
<-- almost forgot to explain <-- is in a part time program, 4 years rather than 3, 9-12 units/semester, and this is the end of year 2 for <-- and the year has been unbelievably dreadful

<--'s teacher was a nice old man who had never practiced law but had studied tax law and civ pro for 40 years (how awful!)(for <---, it would be hell)
<--teacher thought it was fun to make up elaborate litigation strategies and then say, "I don't know if it would work, but you could try it!"
<-- and her classmates found it very annoying.

<--believes that everyone does but some people won't admit it
<--remembers seeing people crying during first year who now pretend that it was a good experience.
