I recently bought the Circut Max tape thinking it was more step aerobics. I have a hard time doing floor aerobics as I have problems with my heels the next day. ALOT of pain. I was wondering if anyone would want to trade for a step tape? Maybe Mega Step Blast or something. I have Power Max already. Thanks, send me an email. I sure love Cathe's work-outs and this forum. Hi,
I had the same problem, but then I invested in RYKA sneakers. That stopped the pain in my heels and legs. Also, I started wearing the massaging sandals. ( got them for $10 at the Price Club.) Those two things together stopped the pain.

Do you know why there's the pain? I was thinkin about going to the doctor. What are RYKA sneakers? Probably a stupid question. We don't have Price Clubs, but Sams, maybe they have them. Thanks for the help. It's pretty painful in the mornings. Doesn't last long, but still is yucky.

Hello Kerri,

I just wanted to ask if you only get this heel pain when you exercise? My mom started having heel pain in her late thirties and she didn't do anything about it. After about 5 years the pain worsened, They ended up being heel spurs and she had to have surgery on them, because the pain became so intense she couldn't walk. Not saying that you have them, just that maybe you should check with a doctor if it persists to be on the safe side.
