Hi all. I ordered a few of Tracey S's w/os more than a week ago and haven't received anything yet. I don't want to bother her because I know she is filming, but for those who have ordered from her in the past, about how long did it take to receive your order? I went with the standard (1st class mail) shipping. (I'm probably spoiled by SNM's almost immediate delivery) Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Lorrie - I ordered some from her too. She's actually in CA filming and will not be back until either tonight or tomorrow (I think). I know she is sending mine out tomorrow if she can, so I'm sure yours will be coming soon too. I don't think it's like with Cathe where there is a whole staff helping her out.
 
Hey guys! Are we ALL ordering from Tracey now? lol I sent her an order the very night I got back from the RT (Step Sweatfest) and today I just pre-ordered her new series that she just taped.

Like Liann said, I think Tracey does her OWN shipping/mailing, to be honest with you, but I could be wrong. When I ordered Step Sweatfest, I got it really quickly, but she was home at that time too.

Let me know what you guys ordered and what you like (or don't).

Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're right Gayle. I think she does a lot by herself. I pre-ordered too. :)
 
Yeah....and funny comment on the Wedding thread about my type of 1005 of the year I got married!?!?!?! Where did THAT come from? I meant to type 1995. lol

p.s. Today I did the first section of her Step Sweatfest and really liked it. It's the second time thru and I got the footwork a bit better this time!
 
Tracey seems like a real sweetheart in the emails I have exchanged with her regarding orders. I think if you sent her an email of polite and friendly enquiry, she would readily respond and not be at all offended. Or you could wait a few days more, and then email her.

I would wait a few days, as she does all her own shipping. I bet she puts out a post on her site when she gets back about this very subject, as I think the RT generated more business for her than she may be used to handling all at once. I would have every confidence that you will getting them very soon!:)
