I think it's a good solid workout BUT... do not expect the intensity of a Cathe leg workout. I use it for a lighter workout day... although I really felt the "quad shredders!"

I've done it once and really liked it. Though I didn't get "Cathe style" DOMS from it, it definately worked me! I was cryin' by the end! LOL Ofcourse, DOMS does not a good work out make so don't make your decision based on just that! I give it 2 thumbs up personally.
If you have any work outs you are not interested in keeping please let me know. I would compensate as I know buying good work outs can get costly after a while;-) , just ordered STS last week }(
