I would love for Cathe to put out a series like CTX, but without the cardio.

Triceps Example (in no particular order for exercises):

Warm Up
Dips
Triceps Pushups
Close Grip BB Press
Lying Extensions
Crossbody Kickbacks
Overhead Press
Kickbacks
More Dips
Side Lying Pushups
Stretch

Each workout could be about 30-40 minutes and work the muscle to failure. There could be shortened premixes in case you wanted to tack it on after a different cardio workout.
