I started using Cathe's workouts about a month ago and I am really seeing progress. I currently have the Power Hour DVD set but I am looking for another total body weight workout. I lost most of the weight (fat) I wanted to lose in the last three months so my current goal is to increase muscle mass and lose a little more fat. Is there another series or DVD you would recomend? Pyramids looks interesting but I would really like another workout that works the upper and lower body in one workout since I don't have a lot of time to workout.
