Hi Cathe,
I am finding the only segment of my vast Cathe library I really would like to add to is either Total Body workouts or All Upper Body workouts.
Some weeks I do weight work with UB splits. I have many DVDs to choose from like STS, GS, S&H,PS, X-Train, RWH, etc... I choose these to mix things up/add variety/build strength, but usually for just 1 to 3 weeks at a time.
Some weeks I like to do all circuit workouts and metabolic workouts ( but less now that my wrist is a problem and some moves I just can't do -like burpees, mountain-climbers etc.- now I get out push-up bars and do push-ups that way to protect my wrist) I have many of these workouts- the LIS and ICE Series, and many more...
But MOST weeks ( probably 80% of the time) the weight workouts I am looking for are either all UB and LB or Total Body workouts. For TB weeks I choose from;
MM, ME, PH,MIS, Pyramid ( From the Intensity series), STS-TB, HR,
or for all UB /LB, I use the Premixes from the above DVDs or;
Body Max ( I just skip the step and do the UB/Abs), CTX-UpperBodySplit, or BM2 -Double UB.
(I have many great LB workouts to choose from.)
All of which are great workouts !
So, although I own hundreds of Cathe DVDs which I use and love for the variety, very often I am choosing again and again from just 8 DVDs. They are the ones which get the most play time at my house. There are some days when I would like to add some more choices. So..., If I am going to be buying more Cathe DVDs in the future, it will be Total Body weight or Upper Body weight workouts.
Ten years ago, my first Cathe DVD was MM. I still love that workout. I did that one DVD 2 times every week for 3 years before I bought another DVD ! (I do like the variety that all my new DVDs have given me.) Thanks for being so fabulous at what you do and keeping us healthy and happy !
