Does anyone know a way to get a total body workout using Cathe's weight workouts in about 45 minutes? I tried the new ones but didn't feel like I got a good enough workout - no DOMS. I love Power Hour and thought this would work if I eliminated the warm up but still a bit too long. Since it starts with the squats and plies, I get warmed up quite fast even without going too heavy on the weight. Could write down what she does and do it on my own but Cathe motivates me and makes me push myself more than I would without her. I have Pyramids (plus many others) and could do separate upper and lower days but then less time for cardio which I need for fat loss unless I did 1 upper, 1 lower and 1 total body in the week instead of 3 total body weight workouts. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
