Total Body in 45 min?

Does anyone know a way to get a total body workout using Cathe's weight workouts in about 45 minutes? I tried the new ones but didn't feel like I got a good enough workout - no DOMS. I love Power Hour and thought this would work if I eliminated the warm up but still a bit too long. Since it starts with the squats and plies, I get warmed up quite fast even without going too heavy on the weight. Could write down what she does and do it on my own but Cathe motivates me and makes me push myself more than I would without her. I have Pyramids (plus many others) and could do separate upper and lower days but then less time for cardio which I need for fat loss unless I did 1 upper, 1 lower and 1 total body in the week instead of 3 total body weight workouts. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Hi Marie, if you have the Pyramid on DVD you can do the upper+lower combo premix which is about 53 minutes but if you deduct the warm-up it's about 50 minutes. HTH

Thanks for the links. They were a big help since I have many of the DVDs. Have some ideas for total body workouts and for times I want to do a upper/lower split. For a total body before work it looks like either the Pyramids Bonus Combo or the ME Express would fit the time I have. Didn't look like Pyramids includes any abs. Does ME Express?
