Tosca Reno Cooler Plans???

Has anyone ever done one of these? I'm hanging on to a stubborn 5 or 6 pounds that's driving me crazy.......just can't seen to get it off. I read about these in her book and I'm wondering if anyone here has ever had success with them. I'm not a diet person, have never been on one to tell you the truth, so I'm new to this whole thing.
Just looking for a little input.
 
I have never done a cooler plan, but I've had fabulous results following her general plan of nixing (almost) all processed, "fake" foods and eating some kind of protien and complex carb every three hours or so.

I am not sure that you'd like a cooler plan, because specifying exactly what you eat seems very "diet minded" to me. However, if you think you can do that for a limited time, then once you hit your goal weight you don't go back to your old habits, but rather follow her genral program, that may work for you. This is me too. I've followed Tosca's way of eating for a few years but haven't done one of the coolers...unless you count the eating plan that came with Supreme 90. For me the key is planning, planning, planning and writing everything down ahead of time. It certainly wouldn't hurt for you to give maybe cooler 3 a go and you'll probably learn a lot in the process. Then if you decide the coolers aren't for you, you can just follow the basic rules. You'll do great :)
 
What is a cooler plan?

One of Tosca's rules for eating clean is to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. So, to do this and eat clean you would pack a cooler to take w/ you where ever you go w/ your eats for the day. The plan is WHAT you eat. In Tosca's book, "Recharged" she lays out 3 different cooler plans w/ one being the beginner cooler and the other two get progressively more strict.
