Took the plunge and ordered 'Burn the Fat' e-book

Hi all,

After doing a lot of reading the past few days about 'Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle' I took the plunge and ordered the e-book! Now to get it printed out - think I'll just use my home printer and print on the economy setting.

I am excited to start reading this book and incorporating the principles. I used to be a personal trainer and nutrition consultant, so I'm sure a lot of the info will be stuff I've learnt in the past, but I need a kick in the butt to get myself off this plateau. I'm hopeful that if my DH sees me making positive changes he'll start exercising regularly and eating more healthfully too. He could stand to lose some weight and definitely needs to exercise more. He has a very high stress job, travels a lot, and I'm concerned about his health. So, this is really for both of us!

I'm also excited because I need a project to focus on for the next few months. We are planning on moving back to the US by the end of this year, but my DH isn't going to start looking for a job until next month. So, to get myself through the next few months of uncertainty and craziness I've decided to really focus on my exercising and eating habits, both to improve my health and fitness, and to give myself something positive, that I can control, to focus on.

Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement! :7

Hi Stephanie - you'll not regret this purchase - it's a great book. FYI - to save my printer I simply uploaded this book to Kinko's with a custom print order. I know it adds a bit more cost, but I saved my printer and had the book bound and covered as well. Enjoy the read.

Stephanie, you're right to be excited, that's one fantastic book!! If I could only pick one health and fitness book to keep, that would be the one. I've never regreted buying it and I refer to it on a regular basis. It's the best!!!!!

You're smart to take on a personal goal during an uncertain time. I'm sort of in the same boat, we have our house on the market and are planning to move closer to all our friends and family activies...but it ain't happening as soon as I'd like so working out etc. is a great thing to focus on. The pay off is great too! ;-)

I hope my hubby will catch the bug too, he's fallen off the wagon. But once he sees me getting more and more buff, I'm hoping that a bit of jealousy will kick in! LOL! :D

I already printed it out, LOL! And had to buy a huge binder to put it in. I'll be getting rid of this printer when we move back to the US anyway - it's not dual voltage compatible, which means that it will only run on European voltage. So, I don't mind so much if it gets used heavily.
