I try and measure and take my body fat once a month!
Im scratching my head because my body fat seems to be reducing rapidly over the last two months? Im not really doing anything different?
In feb i was at a 30% BF
march-29%
april-29%
may-24%
now-20%?
I take it using a body fat caliper.
And the weird thing about all of this is that im still in the same size jeans ...12/14? Does this make ANY since to anybody? I mean a 20% BF...shouldn't i be in a smaller pair of jeans by now?
My DH takes my measurements and i watch him like a hawk to make sure he measures in the same area's evertime!
The only thing that i can think of that i AM doing differently is powerwalk/running 4-5times a week and doing step only once! I started that about three months ago. My eating is all over the place,i go two weeks with no cheats,perfect(except my cheat day) then all hell breaks loose and i eat crap for about three days!
Any insite here? Anybody have any similar experiences?
