Too many to choose from!

I have recently acquired pretty much all the Cathe tapes, just lacking the new series (of course, although its on order!) and a few older step tapes. Now I don't know what rotation to do cuz they all look so fun! I'm looking to lose body fat (who isn't) and get cut (the muscle is there, but unfortunatley so is the fat...must lose the fat). I am willing to do anything diet or exercise-wise to get the best body (healthfully) I can get. I know my genetic limitations. I also know that I have alittle ways to go yet before I get there. We're talking about 10 lbs. Any ideas of a good rotation for me?
 
How about Cathe's July rotation? That focuses on fat loss and muscle definition. I did it for the month of July and saw good results. I still have 15-20 pounds to lose myself and can't wait for the new series to kick it up a notch. Good luck and I'll be reading to see what other advice you get. :)
