TONIQUE FEEDBACK

Wanting to change things up a bit after hitting what seems to be a fitness platuea. I actually just bought tonique premiere, tonique mat and tonique workout 2. Haven't even had time to review them yet and can't even really do them right now because I'm doing STS rotation. Anyway, can I get some feedbackc reviews and results with these workouts.

I don't have too much to say - I bought Premier and have done the whole thing twice now. Partly because it's hard! I do the squats, then do the lunges the next day! Using only 3lb. weights kind of made me laugh but she knocked that smirk off my face very quickly! It's totally different from Cathe ... right down to her personality. But I have enjoyed it, and am actually heading down to make another attempt! Personally I'm really like the balance challenges - it's literally what the doctor ordered. After you give 'em a try check back in! I'd love to know what you thought.

Yes, Tonique Premier is killer!

One day the back lying work from Tonique Mat is going to give me a permanent cramp in the backside too! :p

Tonique2 is great too. A good mix of moves. One is more focused on toning while the other adds in more cardio.

Tonique Premier is probably my fave over all but the above mentioned segment of Mat is awesome and one of the T2 dvds has a 10 mins upper body segment that will FRY your shoulders to death with 2 or 3# DB's! :eek:

I've checked out the website and didn't find it very helpful for deciding what dvd to start out with: tonique premiere, tonique mat and tonique workout 2. What one would you recommend to try first? I see that someone mentioned that they liked premiere the most, but do you think workout 2 is a better way to start?

I find tonique premier (if you do the drills between sets) kill almost 600 calories and is HARDER than all of them!
 
I have Tonique Mat and Tonique 1&2....havent heard of Premiere? Is this one newer? How does it differ from the 1 & 2??
 
Tonique Premier (to my knowledge) is the same as Tonique (not Tonique2 which has 2 work outs on 2 discs). My copy just says Tonique but I think it's what others will refer to as Tonique Premier so that's what I started calling it as an easy way to differentiate. It's the work out with the voice over....
 
I have the Premier, Mat, andCardiomat workouts. I too laughed at Sylwia using 3 pound weights, but not for long! I find I like the Premier DVD the best. SHe will kick your butt, pun intended. They are different, I do not care for the warm up or cool down part, but love the rest. You shouldinvest in one, they have given me the change I need in my wo routine.
 
I did the upper body segment of Tonique2 Disc 2 y'day w/2# DB's and have major shoulder DOMS this morning as expected! :eek:
