I've been working on my weight for a few months now. I've lost about 30 lbs and went from a size 18 to a 10 pants. My problem is it looks like my lower body is shrinking but my upper body hasn't really changed much. I started out low by walking on the treadmill 3 to 5 days a week, then step aerobics (I've been using Cathe's Basic Step because even "I" can follow it, I love it.) I have what I think is a huge back, and I can't seem to get rid of these side rolls. From the front I look pretty normal, but from the back I look like a linebacker. I am terrified of "bulking up" even more. What can I do to target my upper body without bulking up?
Also, Should I do cardio everyday? Or 3 to 5 times a week and do something else in between?
