Thank you Elaineyue:
I've not gone to the web site of the post you posted in *ask Cathe* but I like the fact that every program is not for every body.
You're welcome! I always try to find articles written by this guy, Tom Venuto. I even have his e-book, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. It's probably the best $40 I've spent. It has such common sense information about diet and exercise, and he really emphasizes that no single eating/workout regimen will work for every person. He will show you how to eat and workout if you're a beginner or if you want to be as cut as a bodybuilder. And he doesn't lie to you and tell you it's easy! It's refreshing to get all the info you need from one source when there are so many fads out there.
That's why asking someone if they eat this and that. it will work for you also. I was thinking of this today as there is a woman here at work who is no bigger than 2 pencils stuck together who can eat pizza, etc and not gain a pound.
me, it and you'll see what I ate.
So frustrating. Some can eat chips till the cows come home, other's.. you eat a chip, you become it.
This is one of the problems in finding a right program for your individual self and also what makes for frustration and a lot of money loss.
Just want to say thanks for the post and to hear/see that too much for one might not be too much for another.
ADDENDUM:
What the supplement companies hope you never find out about powdered and liquid meal replacements drinks
What does he say about powdered meal replacements? did you find what he has to say about this believeable?
I know supplement companies make big cheese but I also like to hear his side of the coin.
