Tom Nicoli - hypnosis for weight loss

Has anyone used his cd's? I saw in the success stories forum a poster said she used his weight loss cd's and they worked. I was thinking of ordering but wondered if others had success with it.
 
Hey KC5! I have never used this particular hypnotist, his cd prices seem high to me. I don't know if they "work", but I have used a couple different cds that I found on Itunes for relaxation and meditation. One is Kelly Howell, who claims to use brain wave technology to change behaviors, I find them very relaxing, and they realy help me fall asleep. I have to get up SUPER early in the am, so a quick and early sleep is essential for me. She does have some weight loss cds, as well as relaxation, workout motivation, etc. on Itunes for less than 10 dollars. You can do a search at Itunes or Amazon for "weight loss", and come up with a bunch of options, you might want to try a cheaper option first and see if they help you out before investing so much.
