I have it on VHS from several years ago. I really like it, although I haven't used it in quite some time. I should pull it out again! I would say it is a good, solid intermediate circuit work out. He does something like 90 seconds of cardio (you can do jumping jacks, jogging in place, marching in place, whatever fits your fitness level), then you do a lower body move, an upper body move, an ab move and start over again.
