Tofu anyone?

I have never been much of a tofu eater, but the other night I made an awesome recipe with sauteed asparagus, red peppers and tofu served over rice noodles. Problem is, now I have a lot of leftover tofu. Anyone want to share their favorite recipe and help me use up the rest? (The kind I have is extra-firm).
