Toes going numb during workouts?

Has anyone dealt with this? I'm about 34 weeks at this point, and am still working out as I always have. Lately, my toes have started to go numb on each foot during my workouts. Not all toes, usually my middle ones.
Today I noticed that I couldn't really feel my left foot by the end of the workout.

My shoes aren't too tight and are thoroughly broken in. I'm chalking this up to a circulation issue, but I'm not sure if it's something to be overly concerned with, or it's just par for the course with pregnancy. I feel great during my workouts with this exception.

Any thoughts?
 
I had the same thing - as well as numbness in my fingers occasionally when I got up (preggo carpal tunnel). It is probably just from excess fluid pressing on your nerves. Mine went away as soon as I delivered - but if you are worried ask your doc.

Oh yeah - make sure your shoes are in good shape though - a neighbor of mine destroyed all the tendons in her feet when she was pregnant by not having new enough shoes. My podiatrist told me to get new ones every 500 miles.

Hang in there - only 4-6 weeks left :)
