16 plyo Jacks...10 second jog....16 frog leaps (front and back with finger tips touching the floor = one rep)...10 second marching rest.....20 air jacks...10 second happy dance...you're done!

I just want to say thanks a lot for posting these little boredom busters and heart rate picker uppers!!! I didn't see it today but will do it tomorrow. I am keeping track of your suggestions to have several of them tucked in my pocket to pull out and get myself moving during the day (this might help let my chair cool down for longer than to get more water ;) ).

Any chance you can make a sticky thread like you do for your rotation for these nuggets? :)
 
Glad you're enjoying them Helen! I can't sticky here but perhaps create a new section for them. So much on the to-do list though that I won't be able to do it right away. Thanks for the suggestion :D
