today's Christmas workout

Well, heck, I just went to purchase & download today's Christmas Ball workout, but it wasn't there to purchase. Oh well,
maybe another time or another download...

Yay, it was there today and I got it ! Fun workout, with some new moves with the ball or at least new to me.
Especially like the Dead Bug with the ball !

Just finished this one and really enjoyed it too. I also liked the Dead Bug, hoping to see more of that in the future.
