I see from some advice you gave me on a post of mine"Somebody Heeeelllppp.." that you were reading Body for Life. I just read it last week, are you taking the challenge?? I am really trying to follow his routine/ diet but it aint easy. Just curious as to what you thought of the book?? He only wants 20 minutes of high intensity cardio per week, Ive just been cutting Cahtes tapes to 30 min. of cardio (not including the warm up). If anyone else out there has done BFL, feel free to chime in! Judy
