Do we need to get our own transportation from the airport to the motel and if so who do you suggest? Thanks!

Yes, you will be responsible for getting yourself to the hotels once you arrive in Philly, and you will also need to arrange for your transport back TO the airport on Sunday. During the weekend Cathe will provide comfortable bus transportation to and from her gym.
For traveling to and from the Philadelphia Airport, we recommended and used Rapid Rover Airport Shuttle in 2005 and 2007. Most Road Trippers reported being very satisfied with their service. We're about to post a thread about Rapid Rover -- take a look!
