TLT new DVDs...

Hi, I posted this question on another thread with no response, so I thought maybe someone will answer it here.

Are the new DVD's considered Cardio at all, or just weight training?

Is there hi impact movement?

I am sorry, but I couldn't tell from the clips.

These are all functional fitness workouts, and a great compliment to more traditional weight training. At least one of them is a more cardio workout (with some plyo moves), but not the "I'm sweating like a pig and out of breath" kind of cardio. I'd say more moderate cardio that focuses on range of motion, balance, and core strength.

Stephanie posted that Endurance for Movement has more of a cardio emphasis and Strength In Movement has more of a weights focus. Better Burn ... Better Buns is more of a lower body workout. I'm assuming Finding Your Core is a core-focused workout. Knowing Tracie these will work our entire bodies!!
