Time to kick it up a notch!

Ok, I've been bad with eating and workouts this summer.
But man, after seeing Cathe's pictures of the Hardcore set, man, I'm kicking it up a notch. Maybe 2.

PS series and the Instensies here I come!
 
I couldn't agree more, which is why I'm committed to doing Cathe's Nov. rotation this month. It sounds a lot like the rotation she did to get in shape for the Intensity series after she had her second baby. I'm so glad I found some motivation because the period between Halloween and Thanksgiving is usually the toughest for me in both diet and exercise. I'm usually just too busy to be bothered with either! Not this year!:)
 
I have to agree looking at those pictures is extremely motivating to say the least! There's nothing like inspiration to get the body moving! :)

Wait a second....Cathe did IS after a baby? That blows my mind! She must pop them out like cupcakes and is ready to be back at work by the end of the day! Whats the secret? I'd like to find that rotation she did to get in shape. How long did she have to train?
 
Cathe filmed the Intensity series 6 months after having her 2nd baby. If you go to Home and then scroll down on the left there is a link for "Behind the Scenes." Choose the Intensity Series and then there is a link for how Cathe got in shape after her delivering her 2nd baby. :) :)

I'm also doing the November rotation but I'm making the workout week last longer by throwing in a circuit workout too. I'm doing a circuit workout like HSTA after my rest day and in between the cardio days.
