Good Morning!:)

I was the last one to post yesterday so I dont have much to say...imagine that;) You will have to go back and read yesterdays thread to see what yesterdays workout was. Im trying to figure out when to do todays workout because I have to pick DH up at the airport in 2 hours and I think my mom is coming into town for the day. I am also going out for dinner with the girls tonight at 6. I have a feeling DH will be taking the day off work so I should be able to get my workout in this afternoon. I just like doing it in the a.m and getting it over with. I should probably try the new circuit workout...whatever its called....:D....I forget!

Good Morning Ladies,

I'm up early to get Jerod to basketball practice this morning. Poor kid also has baseball practice tonight. His choice though...

This morning I plan on doing Step Blast. The rotation calls for one of the MMA but I'm really feeling like step today.

Lori-Yeah, I saw your workout for yesterday and you are one crazy girl. Not only do I not have time for all that, I certainly wouldn't have the energy.

Happy Day Ladies !

Last night's workout was Disc 5 - Back & tri's - think I might have overdone it a bit as my back is a bit tighter. :( Will stretch lots today and can come home for lunch so that will help.

Lori - ITA with Diana - I might be able to do a long workout like you did y'day on the weekend, but never regularly like you. I used to like it when my XDH travelled because we could do what ever we wanted. The kids would have friends over and we could go play all afternoon. Especially like the part of doing quickie dinners cuz kids always like things like mac n cheese with baby carrots, etc. Hope you get your workout in when DH is home. Can't wait to see what you have drummed up for yourself !

Diana - so doubles for Jerod today huh? I remember training for Vball during the summer - we spent as much time at school as the football players ! :eek: I loved it though - guess that is why Cathe's workouts are my favs ! Tough and worthwhile. So you're not gonna attempt Step Moves, huh? ;) I like both that one and Athletic Step. I PM's you re: the trip.

Hey to Wendy, Laura & Jen !

Tonight's workout is Core Circuit - I may switch it out for MMA Fusion though cuz I'm a bit anxious to try that one and it isn't on the rotation for two more weeks !

Hey Girls!

Sorry I'm late! Ran out of time this morning!

I did Jackie's One on One training in full this morning. Yeowzers, it was a burner!:eek: I hope I have some good ol' DOMS to show for it in the morning! :D

Tmrw morning will either be an HiiT work out or K/B or perhaps a combo of both again. :)

Jacque:: Let me know what you think of MMA Fusion if you do it tonight.

Diana:: Enjoy Step Blast this morning? They push kids waaaay too hard in sports today IMO. It's crazy what they expect from them!

Lori:: Enjoy your girls dinner tonight! How fun! I love girly nights!
