Hello lovelies! Today I did Cathe Live #103- Cardio circuit mashup. WHEW!! It was about 45 min of intense fun. I don't know why I think since it's not a solid hour that it's probably easier.....it's Cathe! Very nice workout. Annette I hope you're on the mend. Elsie, does spearmint water really help? I've been eating Beano and Gasex while trying desperately to figure out the trigger of bloat and gas. Another reason I like to workout alone! Have a great day and evening everyone.

Hi Peg and all who follow,

Today I actually have no pain, YAY!!

So I did Cathe's Rock em Sock em Kickbox workout for my workout. Felt good.

Have a great day!

Hello folks,

I did about 25 minutes of Cathe's live All Step. Last time I did that one was about a year ago and I thought it was super tough. But I was pleasantly surprised. I did a hard hour on the bike this evening. On Saturday, my husband and I are going to do a mountain climb on Saturday. 4 1/2 hours. Pray for me, hahaha.

I got a brace for my wrist and it's helping but still sore. My hamstring isn't bothering me, but I haven't tried to run in weeks.

I do like the Cathe live workouts. Well worth the money. I like Rock 'em Sock 'em too....you can get a lot of Fitbit 'steps' doing that one.

Hey to Annette, Peg, & Missy and all to follow.....I just finished a 30 min blender Mixed Bootcamp Circuit workout. Pretty good, although
I had an overhead press where I meant to have a Barbell Front Raise, so I had to go back & fix that little boo-boo. :) Good workouts for you
ladies as well. Elsie, where do you get spearmint water? I have never heard of that.....but I probably could use some too ! :):) Everyone
have a good evening, I'm off tomorrow, yay!, I have hair appt and hopefully all the dumbbells & med ball I ordered come tomm. as well.
It'll be like "fitness christmas"

Hi Everyone,

Just in from working after working..

Great workouts ladies. Peg, do you eat wheat at all? I found wheat to be the root cause of all bloating and gas so cut it out a looooong time ago. I only have a small piece of sprouted bread a few times/week.

Great workouts ladies.

I took a rest day today as I knew I working right through to 9 pm today

See you all tomorrow

Hey ladies! Ceci, you sure are working a lot as of late. Sounds like some very long days. Yay! Have fun getting your new toys Linda! & on your new do!!
Oh, Missy, so sorry about your wrist. Is that from cycling? Have an adventurous climb with your man! :) I just love going to the mountains! Really nothing like it. Glad you are feeling all better, Annette! That's great to hear. I am on Pacific Time here, so I rarely can check-in with you early folks!! lol. Peg, yes I do tend to be gassy especially during any kind of high/er intensity work! The Spearmint water does work for me. I brew it just with loose spearmint (in one of those silicone tea balls) and then leave it in the fridge overnight. I then add fresh lemon when I have it & put it in my water bottle. Peppermint is too cooling on my belly in the morning as I have a tendency towards cold limbs, so spearmint is "softer". You could try adding some peppermint leaves to it too though if you like that. As Ceci mentioned, it's always good to get to the origin of tummy issues though. I have a sensitivity to pork, although I am ovo-vegetarian and still get uncomfortable gas at times. I think it's just irregular eating with me and I have autoimmune disease.

Today for my workout I did a youtube 30 minute Chest & Back routine using my Sandbag for most of it and then a 15 minute stretch with Michelle Dozois.

Hey to ya Henriette!! Hope you are feeling alright.

Hi Ladies,

Once again late with the check in. Maybe I will do better next week.
Thursday night I did RwH Back, Shoulders & Bi's. Such a great w/o!

I spent a while on Cathe checking out deal of the day, as they had the Hardcore series Thursday, and I really want that one, even though I already have the Gym Style dvds. Only problem is once I start putting stuff in my cart I don't stop, so the total, despite discounts was 168 and then I know I will have to pay approx 50 euros import taxes, so I left in the cart all day while I thought about it. In the end I could not justify spending that much money again right now. I am having so much fun with my current rotation and I have so many other dvds I want to rotate along with Cathe Live. Maybe next time, or perhaps it's still better to try on demand. Although I do like owning my dvds.

Annette - glad the pain is gone.
Elsie- thanks for asking, I am fine... just very very tired. I need a holiday!

then I know I will have to pay approx 50 euros import taxes
Wow, that really is a high amount. That would certainly deter me as well. I don't like spending more than 13 dollars shipping for anything.
If someone were to buy dvds for you on this end (US/Canada) & send it off in the mail with no invoice as a 'gift', would you still have pay such high imports? Sometimes when I order something from Hong Kong on ebay, I ask them to not put an invoice in the package, so the import duties/fees are lower. hehee.
Anyway, if this is in fact, the case, I would be glad to mail you dvds. You could just paypal me the $$$ or something easy like that.
