thoughts on Jan 2006 rotation

Hi All,

Anyone do last Jan's rotation with 1.5 hours of cardio? Please share your thoughts and results!!

Yes I did it! It really built my endurance up and leaned me out. Only do it if you know you are going to have that amount of time during the day. It's the length of the workouts that burn alot of calories:)
