OK I just had to ask b/c that high heel thread keeps resurfacing.

I go for bikinis myself, I just cannot stand having that little string going up my butt. I tried & tried, & I know they look sexy & all, but I can't walk around all day picking at my crack.

At the gym I go commando. I wear snug fitting pants or capris & since I can't wear the thong it's the only way I can go without a panty line.
 
I can't vote because I'd have to vote for more than one thing. I used to wear thongs all the time, but can't anymore. We don't need to discuss that though;)

I now wear either boy cut or the low rise hipster things because most of my pants are low ride.

And Laura, I KNEW you were gonna make this thread today:p
 
I go for the thong myself. I have transformed several to the butt floss side. Hehehe! ;-) I hate to wear anything else now.
 
Thong, tha-thong, thong thong.

Unless it's TTOM, then it's the granny panties. Don't care much for going commando.

I don't know how you gals can wear that butt floss! It's SOOOO uncomfortable! Don't tell me about buying a size bigger than you normall wear and finding a "good" brand - I've tried them all. It just ain't happenin' for me! I voted for boyshort, since that's what I wear under anything where there is a pantyline risk - I have the "No Panty Line Promise" ones from Jockey, and they really don't show a panty line. But under jeans and other heavy-fabric bottoms, I wear bikinis. Going commando is soooooo out of the question. :eek:
 
I remember a thread like this before. But anyway, I wear full briefs, recently graduated to hipsters. Can't do the band-aid thing. A thong literally prevents you from breaking wind. Not only that, thongs irritates my crack something awfulx(.

If I wear bikini's, boyshorts or whatever, I spend more time consumed with a wedgey and trying to discretely remove it. I figure what the heck, if it's going up my butt anyway, why not buy the ones that are suppose to go up my butt! Yes, I still have a wedgey but now it's with NO PANTY LINES.

That being said...thong!
 
Guess I could vote for what I prefer, but I wear a thong during the week to avoid VPL, a bikini on weekends, boy cut with my casual sweatsuit-type clothes, and commando during workout, but am in the market for underwear that wicks away sweat. I do have running shorts with the underwear (sweat wicking) built in.

I prefer bikinis but I wear thongs when necessary. (usually about 2-3 times per week) I don't care for them at all, though!
 
My butt is so big, everything ends up there anyways, so may as well wear....

A THONG! Commando isn't so bad either. There is something empowering about sitting in a busy resteraunt, saying to your husband, "Guess what, honey. I am not wearing any...." It is so fun to watch him squirm!:+
 
I am with you on the big butt thing! I mostly do thongs, except occasionally bikinis and hipsters with jeans. But, for work and to avoid VPL, I do thongs. I really had the same thoughts as everyone else about thongs at first, but once I experimented with different brands, I really found them quite comfortable. Now, it feels funny to wear regular underwear.

Never thought about commando, don't think I would like it!

I wear pretty much the floss. I love it! I can't even feel it. What I couldn't stand was when I would wear bikinis and all that fabric would go up my crack. THAT was uncomfortable.:7

Haydee, after THAT post I need to be wearing DEPENDS....I about peed my high cut panties!!! The only thing worse than a thong is commando style, and I will 2nd the opinion that a thong "irritates my crack somethin' awful"!!!
 
Bikinis or boy shorts for VPL. Thongs are just irritating. Also:

Actually, I find that I have the opposite problem. Seriously, I can't wear thongs because of it! Anyone else have the same problem.
 
Boy shorts usually. Although I like the concept of a thong, I haven't found one that's particularly comfortable yet. I go commando once in a while.
